The Law Firm of Ronald D. Weiss P.C. is a Long Island law office concentrating in bankruptcy law and foreclosure solutions, located on the border of Nassau & Suffolk County, in Melville, New York. Since 1993 our Long Island law firm has represented individuals and businesses experiencing financial hardship and homeowners undergoing mortgage and foreclosure difficulties. We serve our clients throughout the greater Long Island and New York areas in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases, foreclosure defense, mortgage modifications, negotiated agreements with lenders and related matters.

 

The Firm

Our Office which was formed in 1993, is dedicated to bankruptcy law and foreclosure solutions. Our present staff is composed of: two (2) attorneys, Ronald D. Weiss, Esq. and Jeffery Stark, Esq., and five (5) legal assistants. Our attorneys and legal assistants are all highly experienced, compassionate and dedicated to helping our clients during periods of financial hardship.
